They ran a Mother’s Day special so I ordered a gift 4/30 here we were 5/17 still no order and the item did not ship so I called the store and the clerk assured me she called Jennifer and was told it would ship the end of the week well here we are 6/2 no order and no email showing it shipped so I called again today and the clerk said this time Jennifer said she is awaiting the piece to make the necklace so I canceled my order after over a month of being told it was going to ship. Customer service went down the last few years not sure what happened but if it’s a gift go elsewhere.

After emailing with Jennifer she explained what had happened and took care of everything and made it right.
