Thought it was a good salon until I got a fungus. When I showed my nail to the gal doing my pedicure she commented " that 's not bad", look at my toes: some of them were black! I found out these places des infect the tubs but not the drainers. So you are exposed to remains of calluses, nails, cuticles and what not from other other people' s feet. Yaaack! I never went back. I now go to a place that places a disposable bag on the tubs. My infection btw, cost me a dr's visit.

Wonderful nail salon. They did an excellent job and were very nice. Definitely will go back next time we are there.
They do wonderful work. Always exactly what I am looking for. Whether it is a classic nail color or a fun design- they get it done right. I have had gel manicures, acrylic sets and pedicures at this location. All were great.
Good job and good service
I love citynails danny is the best I travel across town to have my nails done there
This is an awesome clean one stop shop! This place proves what a real salon should be! My whole family and friends come here! They offer special service and products that separates from other salon! Please make this Williamsburg number one salon....!!!!
Its awsome and you get great service
I went to Williamsburg for vacation with my family and my girls want to get their nails done so we spotted New Town Nail. We were greeted very nicely. The salon was very clean and big. My girls loved their nails and they both had mani pedi with special design on all their nails. It was a real treat for them. I had it done too. We have been home for three weeks now and the polish is still on. We will definitely go back when we visit again.
First few experiences were decent. But they are very sneaky about adding on to the total price of whatever you're getting done. I have gel nails with the shellac polish. The last time I got my nails done the guy asked me if I wanted them cut down so I said yes but just a little bit. When I was done and went to check out my total was $36! Usually i pay about $33 then he told me that getting my nails cut down (even though I only had the very tip cut off!) was $3 extra! I realize $3 isn't a substantial amount but don't try to trick me into it. If a something cost extra tell your client! Don't wait until the last minute while they are paying. Very sneaky and in my mind, unethical. So I just want to tell you all to beware. The prices here are always changing like that. If they think you will fall for it they will try to add one to your final price.
Had an expired groupon, which is still worth the value I paid for it. They refused to accept it..and added bonus...the owner was very rude and uncooperative! A pain in the *** for a mediocre pedicure. There are much better places in town to bother wasting your time with people that obviously don t care about customers or legally binding contracts.http://www.groupon.com/pages/merchant-terms-of-service-1
