We booked for 6 people online but were charged $30 more upon arrival. The Indian immigrant owner, like most of the motels, was rude and harassed us after we occupied the room. He tried to prevent me from using a roll away bed after I told him the beds listed as queen size online were only fullsize. We demanded a refund and left. Sorry to say it America but your motels across the country have been hijacked by illegal immigrants. Deport them now and fire your crooked politicians that are alliwing it.

Thank goodness there are more hotels in town.
Stayed at a much nicer Super 8 in Oklahoma for a much cheaper rate! $100 for sub par rooms with. 10+ year old fixtures. No 24 hour service, the Lobby closes at 11, and is not accessible to guests until 6 am.Sparse amenities
OMG...finally, space. After spending nearly two weeks in our 22ft. trailer we got to our last park before heading home to Ca. The sites in the previous parks we stayed in were so close together you could practically shake hands with your neighbor without even leaving your threshold. Not so with the Canyon Hotel and RV park. It was so nice to wake up in the morning, open the shades and see beautiful, tall pine trees and open space. We were shown where everything was, showers, laundry room, etc. and found it to be very clean and well kept. The owners, Kevin and Shirley and their staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We're definitely going to make this a, must stay at stop, on our next trip through AZ..
This is really a great place. Modern, clean, great beds and a very nice cont. breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Computer business center has TWO computers and is virtually a private room. Price was well within reason.
We stayed here on Sept 20 for one night. I thought it was the most horrible motel I've been into. The room was small and dirty, horrible smell also. This motel is beyond repair. The owner charged me $50 cleaning fee claiming that the we left the room with dog hair and dirty ( the room when I left was looking and smelling a lot better than we arrive) saying theta the housekeeper was charging him this fee ( when i called him he told me that the housekeeper will not clean the room without a fee).Very strange Mr bob, because in the response to RoadDude's Review you wrote " our housekeepers get paid by the hour and I tell them that I do not care how long it lakes them to get the room clean"You are a Big Liar. YOU POST THE GOOD REVIEWS NOT THE CUSTOMERS , your place is a DUMP, ugly and smelly.
