I contracted with Mid America Exteriors for new windows and siding. I could not be happier with the quality of the products. My home is much more comfortable and looks great. The installers were totally professional. I would recommend MAE to anyone.

1.Poor color selection of the siding caulk, necessitating paint to match.

2.Substandard workmanship requiring numerous return trips. Low expectations set by MAE for quality workmanship. Crew ignoring obvious defects and expecting customer acceptance.

3.Trashy worksite from start to finish. Even after being addressed by MAE management, Nails, butts, and trash left in flower beds.

4.No MAE supervision during work in progress, except for Jeff’s visit at my complaint. Troy showed after the crew had left the site.

5.Siding not installed per Manufacturer’s instructions as a standard MAE practice.

6.Slow response to fixing/returning screens.

7.Disappointment that MAE allows such poor craftsmanship and repeat reworks as a standard practice. Management’s expectation as explained to the customer fails to be performed completely or properly. The link between MAE and their subcontractors is loose at best leaving MAE with a poor reputation and customer with a less than exceptional result. Woe be to the customer that isn’t paying attention.
