I apoloogize that this happened. I don't recall this incident, but this is not how I do business. I know in the past someone may ask "what's a brochure cost?" which is very vague, but I always respond with let's get together, talk to me, show me your needs and I can pull together a price and work within a budget. Also, there are times when someone may ask me for something that we don't do...like "will you paint my race car?" or "can you paint faces at a party?" In those instances, if I don't know any resources, all I can say is I'm sorry but that is not what we do. We're a graphic design firm, and we always try to go the extra mile for any and every customer we service. If the person who wrote the review would like to call, I would gladly respond to find out exactly what I've done wrong and see how I could make things right...for them or any future customer.
