Welcome to NTHBA.com About Us The North Texas Home Builders Association is made up of home builders and allied companies that provide materials or services that create new homes and apartments for citizens and communitites of eight north Texas counties Archer, Baylor, Clay, Jack, Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger and Young. As members of an industry that provides a basic human need: Housing. We encourage the use and development of new materials, new building techniques, new building equipment, and improved methods of home financing, to the end that every home purchaser may get the greatest value possible for every dollar invested. There are many benefits for members of the North Texas Home Builders Association ( NTHBA ). For one, a member is automatically a member of the Texas Association of Builders ( TAB ). The TAB and the NTHBA are positive forces in government affairs in Austin.
