We had these guys replace our commercial front door and a window and have had nothing but trouble, worst decision i have ever made...they don't have a clue what they are doing. spent an hour trying to get a door lock to work properly that only took me 15 minutes to get fixed. they have been back 4 times to fix a door hinge that has two, simple to install screws, and have managed to strip the threads on one, then instead of replacing the hinge, they tried to big larger screws in it, which wouldn't tighten up against the door frame correctly. they finally got a new hinge and managed to cross thread one of the screws and tightened the other so much that it pulled all the way through the door frame. they do not care, whatsoever, about the quality of work they do
