N Touch Wireless screws costumers over, they have bad quality products, awful costumer service, they charged my credit card 3 times and didn't return my money, they are very bad, don't trust this company, avoid this place at all cost, they did a fraud on my information and charged my credit card 3 times. Please be aware!

Overall

i upgraded based on a promotion in which i was told i would receive account credit for $100. i did not receive the credit, and ask the store why. they said, "that was our mistake, we told you wrong, but we are not going to take the $200 (2 phones upgraded) loss." and of course they referred me to verizon who did not honor what N Touch told me.
