        Overall

        My parents have been with this company for nearly 20 years, always paying the statements soon after getting them. They provide bad customer service with a rude receptionist (been treated rudely because we called only when we needed oil and wouldn't let them enroll us on one of their monthly plans). They only care about money, charge for yearly maintenance contract and supposed to send someone to service boiler twice a year but many years only provided one and there were a few years when they provided none. If it weren't for their greed and rudeness I wouldn't complain because their servicemen are good at their job. My dad made the error of putting some fuel oil in the tank because he was afraid it would run out of oil before the next delivery and the company accused him of using another company to deliver oil and closed his account, forcing us to look for another company before the oil runs out. I think that's an awful thing to do to a customer that's been with them for nearly 20 years and have never paid them late.
