Pro-Pave SealCoat Company, Inc. was purchased in 1991 by James R. Ratto. James does not come with the typical paving background. A college graduate, he has worked for such companies as Shell Oil Company, Cudd Pressure Control, and Red Adair Company in over 34 countries throughout the world. He taught Geophysics of Formation Control at the University of Oklahoma and has published four books on that subject, one of which is in the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. Jim is now the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Pro-Pave SealCoat Company, Inc. Using their corporate background and management techniques, Pro-Pave Company, Inc. has established themselves as the leading SealCoat and Pavement Maintenance Company in Texas and the Southwest. They now have offices in Tyler, Longview, Lufkin, and the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex while working in over 21 states last year alone. Some of the largest corporations in United States depend on Pro-Pave to provide the “Seal of Protection” to their Pavement Investments.
