        Founded in 1968, Westchester Residential Opportunities is a nonprofit organization established for the purpose of providing equal, affordable and accessible housing opportunities. The organization focuses on providing nondiscriminatory housing opportunities to minorities, senior, and low- and moderate-income citizens in Westchester County, N.Y. It is certified as a housing counseling agency by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
