I went for contacts and they tried to order the wrong contacts. Then they lost the glasses I wore to my appointment. I had to call three times to get them to order the correct lenses. Then they never called when they came in. Once I finally get my contacts I will never go there again.

Traumatic experience. Went for contacts, they dialated my eyes and said they couldn't do contacts because of that. The doctor had no personality and was rude. They cost me my benefits and charged me $50 in cash before I could leave. I never got the glasses because they were the wrong prescription. They refused to deal with the situation and had the nerve to tell me I was due to have a new exam 2 years later, like nothing happened. I was so traumatized I haven't yet gone to get new glasses or contacts.
