        Mr. Shepard has the ego of a MD, but with only the education of a good nurse. He is fairly young so there is still hope for him. He could turn out to be a good practitioner once he learns to keep his ego in-check. Personally, I will never see him again. I believe it's wise advice to steer clear of him until he gets a few more years of practice. IMO there are more seasoned NPs/PAs than him in the Ohio Valley.
