        Terrible customer service by the sales representative. Had an issue with a stamp release, leaving large dark areas. He personally sold me the product but said he had nothing to do with it, and wanted to do nothing more then blame the problem on the person that finished the concrete. Would do no adjustments to price of the defective release, only wanted the "release product rep", come to my house, review the problem before he would remove the cost of the obviously defective product. On the other hand, dispatcher and other workers were pleasant.
