Holiday Park Townhouses Co-op

I love this Co-op. Yes they have rules! But thats why it's been a nice place to live for so long. If you've owned a home you appreciate no heating bill, free maintenance, nicely cut lawns. I will gladly follow the rule

UPDATE - DON'T GO HERE!! It is a "co-op" as long as YOU cooperate. They don't follow the regulation/policies "BIBLE" you have to. They are not informative nor cooperative (even with your attorney). They are GOD. They govern all, including YOUR ability to turn off the utilities! - RUN & KEEP YOUR MONEY! They will steal it, in the end, from your heirs. Forcing them(your heirs) to fight months & months, for pennies of it's worth. Which in my case wasn't even my mom's orig. purchase ($), 20 yrs. ago. {totally missing additions of the20yrs. of mnthly fees(240 of them) & UPGRADES chrged & fined for}!! They totally disregard all of it & demand ripouts & then pad expenses - Truly everything: the sales pitch, the"shareholder" title they claim "has VALUE", and their "BIBLE "of regs./policies, is ALL A RUSE (except the rules YOU have to follow)!! They pray on low income people who can't afford to fight them!! They claim to be "NON PROFIT"- which is A BIG FAT LIE! They have lots in their bank. -
