My mom and I went in today to see if I could trade my Virgin Mobile phone in for a Boost phone, and the cashier told us they didn't do buy backs, but suggested we go buy a $5 trac phone and trade it in. We did that, and then we waited about 2 hours for them to activate my phone, which as of right now still isn't activatated and we have to go back tomorrow. Also, my "free" phone ended up being $75???? Okayyyy. They also gave us no reciept for the money we paid. Overall it was pretty scketchy and I wouldn't go back.
