Sams Rack and Pinion

My car began to give me weird issues 2 weeks ago. The steering wheel felt stiff and was hard to turn both left and right. I am not mechanical at all so I went to get it checked at Sam's Auto Care and was told by the shop manager JOE that I needed a rack and pinion replacement. He was very helpful and even showed me the problem when the car was up on the lift gate. So right away, they had the part ready and they said they could do it for $295 for both the part and the labor. I couldn't believe how fast and how knowledgeable they were. They said they specialize in the steering system ONLY so they knew what they were doing. I'm so lucky because I needed to go to Orlando for a family meeting that same weekend so I let them work on my call that same day and got it back 4 hours later. They are life savers and I am so happy I have my car back up and running smoothly. JOE is a very nice man. They are a great group of people I'm glad I ran across.

BUYER beware of this place. They wouldn't return my $150 core deposit after I returned my core and the rack I bought from them lasted only 4000 miles before the seals failed and completely leaked out. Now they won't respond.

I ordered a power steering pump for my Cadillac. The part was not the right part. I was told to ship it back for a refund. 5 weeks later and no refund. I have left several messages with no reply. Do not use this company. Be careful, I ordered my part on eBay through Sam's rack and pinion

I've never done business with this company but more than half of these reviews were posted on the same day. Seems very fishy to me!

Seriously, they have the best prices!! They had a hard to find rack and pinion at $500 less than the dealer!!! I always order from this place for all my cars. Highly reccomended.

This is bad place to deal business with...they even call me back and curse at me and call me stupid...they use this number (305) 992-7929.

I purchased the rack pinion for me mercedes, first, sale man said part in stock and ready to ship and promised to ship out on Thurs and arrive on Fri because i need the part to fix the car and go to work on Monday, we live in same state FL , ground shipping take one day..so i waited and Friday and nothing happen and i called back, and sale man said sorry one of technician guy test the part and didnt past the test and they have fix and ready to ship but forgot to call me back about this issue and delay my time. SO i request on saturday delivery and the part came and which the wrong part and not even right part at all...and i called them many time and they picked up the phone and they said they will take care on Monday and i sent them many email and they called me two time back on same day using the number above and curse at me and call me stupid and said dont call again and ask me ARE YOU STUPID.....IM TELLING THE TRUTH...Please use other source to buy your part. dont use this company, they have list on ebay, they advertise everywhere but this company is not professional and all and UN ACCEPTABLE when call back and curse at Customer.

When I was rebuilding the front end on my jeep I came across their website. Every part I needed they had. They have a huge selection of rack and pinions and steering pumps. While I was at it I was going to change the brake booster and Sams has those to. The service is excellent and they went out their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
