Cycle Ivans

Do not go here!...they lie and do not stand by there sales...sold me bike. It did not run after 1 day. And they told me it was my fault and needed new motor or just buy another bike!...because of cost..to repair.....really do not use ...them ....you have been warned !

Llevo ya siendo cliente de cycles Ivans por casi 3 años, y no lo cambio por nada, ya he comprado dos motos con el y sigo feliz, pues el servicio es excelente, la atención y los precios de los mejor, antes tenía un mecánico el cual me cobro por un servicio de una llantas por mayor valor año que la compre con Iván, además la atención es inmediata a todo las personas que puedo lo recomiendo y nadie me da queja de el, creo q es la mejor opción en cuestión de compra de motos y respuestas y de mantenimiento lo mejor, sus mecánicos y personas son de alta calidad!!! ;)

As a customer for over 11 years, they have serviced my vintage Honda 50 scooter, 1100 Goldwing, Magna V4, 650 Vstar and 1100 Vstar. Where else can you see a shop working at the same time on a scooter, Harley & ATV? I have sent over a dozen fellow riders there without a single complaint. Whether it is routine service, complicated repair, accessory add-on or performance modification, it gets done right and at a fair price. You are not just a customer but part of an expanding group of family. They DO care about their clients.

Another shop, Broward Motor Sports, worked on my motorcycle for more than 10 months to correct an ongoing problem with the engine. I spent well over $1,000.00, only to have the store manager hand me the keys and inform me that not one of his mechanics was able to figure out the cause of my motorcycle running so poorly. At this point, I was so discouraged that I was going to retire the bike to a junk yard. Then my neighbor told me about Cycle Ivans and explained to me how they fixed his scooter when other shops were unable. When I called Cycle Ivans I was very impressed with the Professionalism and Courtesy I recevied over the phone. Ivan promptly picked up the bike from my home and took the time to review the work orders from Broward Motor Sports. Within two weeks Ivan had my bike running perfectly AND delivered it to my fromt door! I would recommend this shop at the highest level for their Honesty and the Competent work that was performed at a very fair price. Thanks to Cycle Ivans, I am enjoying the freedom of the road once again.

Cycle Ivans has repaired my Goldwing, Magna, Vstar and C100 scooter since 1991 with outstanding service. I have referred Club members and whether it was a Harley or imported cruiser, all were blown away by quality & price. How many independent shops have a 20 year plus record of satisfied customers? It is unfortunate that a disgruntled, former associate has overloaded cyber space with false, negative reviews. This individual was caught on tape involved in "irregularities", opens up a business (the County reports no license) and then suddenly, negative reviews appear all directing readers to his new shop. Perhaps he should check the implication of the word "ethics". Is this where you wish to do business? Who will service your bike next month?

This shop is no longer at this address it's at 2831 forest hill boulevard in West Palm Beach FL. I found out after I called the # and I was given the correct address.



But to make a story short I had a horrible experience I went there with my scooter because it wasn't running, keep in mind this is a daily driven scooter not one that's been sitting for a while, and after a week and a half of the scooter being on the shop and a $400 bill for service on a valve adjustment and repair of the electrical wiring I got my scooter back..with screws missing from the body work, and grease all over after the owner told me all kinds of stories about how my parts were being shipped from CA and that's why it was taking so long to get my scooter running. I was extremely disappointed and I did not feel comfortable being a woman in that shop, it's not inviting, the place is dirty there's motorcycles parts all of the place and it looks like a junk yard, everybody's cursing and making dirty jokes..was not comfortable at all!!
