HORRIBLE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! The secretary won't schedule anyone for an appointment and when confronted, she lies and says that you never called. The owner, Jim, is even worse. He argues with customers and insults them. His behavior is completely unprofessional and he demonstrates a total lack of respect for his customers. All he cares about is money, not customer service. When confronted about his employees misconduct, instead of apologizing, he lashes out and insults the customer. Avoid this arrogant, rude and disrespectful owner and his company at ALL COSTS!

Fabulous! Can't say enough good things about this company! Did beautiful job, left area completely clean! railings are worth every penny,
