Five Star Flooring and Maintenance

DO NOT HIRE. I can't believe this - my husband gave him a deposit to clean floors and he never came back to finish the work. I wish I had seen the other reviews saying the same thing before I hired Manuel Rossi. FIND SOMEONE ELSE

I had hired 5 Star Flooring for a number of projects in the past and they all were done within the time predicted and their work was always done great. One job that Manny had done for me in June of this year was for my apartment which my past tenant had built within my living room a room. Yes, a room. I anticipated that my beautiful parquet floor would be ruined because of the bolts which were imbedded within the floor to hold the walls of the built in room. I asked Manny if he can dismantle the structure without damaging the integrity of my beautiful parquet floor, ceiling and walls. He guaranteed that I would not be disappointed. I gave him half of the cost of the job to start as soon as possible. Two days later Manny and his helper came on time along with their equipment and started dismantling the room. It took one day to dismantle and the next day all the rubble was taken out. The bolts did make holes into the walls, ceiling and the floor. Greatfully, Manny resolved the problems and the area appears as if there was no damage was done. Needless to say I was not disappointed and would rehire 5 Star Flooring in the future if need be.

Do not hire this company. They did some work for me and I had to pay someone else to rip it out and start over. They don't know what they are doing. Find someone else!

This man can not be trusted. Pass on him and find someone who deserves your business. He ripped off my friend, then said he would refund some money and didn't even do that.

This guy is a thief. Do not hire him. Find someone you can trust. He took a large deposit and has disappeared
