        Overall

        The first time I dealt with them everything was fine, a year later I had some gold and silver bars to sell along with a Rolex watch. I called to speak with the manager or possibly the owner about this and I was given the total blow-off. I was only able to speak with a woman who worked there, the manager would not even come to the phone or return my call. The woman on the phone said I would have to speak to the owner and she only comes in on Mondays. I was told the owner would "text" me. Text??? who wants a text?? She then said buy and hung up without even taking my cell number. No Text... I noticed on another website review page the owner claims the negative reviews are from her competition, I am not in the business and my bad experience is for real. It turns out that a jeweler I know recommended Atlantic Gold Exchange in Monroeville, they really do pay the most because they own the refinery where the gold and silver is melted. Call Atlantic Gold first and forget the others.
