I was impressed with the depth of their maintenance crew's skills and the company's overall approach to making any needed repairs cost effectively. Great customer service. Always responding to my requests for documentation by the next day. I have never once been unhappy after over 5 years of service. I thought perhaps because my property was in another city you would not pay as much attention to it. Boy was I wrong. You get stuff rented fast, are affordable, and I love working with you.

I wanted to thank you for your prompt and quickly addressing our concerns with the fence on the property surrounding the backyard. We are very thankful at the response from PPI and our area manager. We know that the logistics behind getting this fixed, and taken care of was not something that could be done quickly but the fact that PPI recognized our concerns and sent several contractors out to inspect it to make sure the right work was going to be done was huge relief to us.
