Definitely the cheapest in Lafayette/west Lafayette area, for good reason. They don't ever fix anything. Our heat has been out for over a month, asked a little over a month for that to get fixed, never happened. Air is out, frozen pipe, no one will fix it after hours. Doors weren't put on for a month after we moved in, our cabinet door took 3 months to get to our apartment, they got it two weeks after we moved in we were told, then the maintenance man was rude when he finally came with the cabinet because I asked him to come back later that day because my son threw up everywhere, and he never came back to fix a piece on our furnace/water heater, the closet door, my daughters door, drawer that's been broke since we moved in, nothing. The only thing we have found nice about this place is the manager...that's it.
