Woodgate Apartments at Jordan Landing

I absolutely loved living at Woodgate Apartments! The apartments are awesome and reasonably priced. Christina and her staff are super friendly and, best of all, it is a very calm place to live. The neighborhood is quiet. Honestly, Woodgate apartments is one of the best places to stay near Jordan Landing. Everywhere you go there is access to anything. That and the people that live here are very nice and kind to each other. The management is awesome to work with and is willing to help you with whatever you need. They have an awesome pool as well as exercise facilities. The grass is really green. They allow pets and even have put in a dog park for your dogs. They have been on top of every maintenance request immediately and have always done a great job. I would recommend this place 100%.

There is no way that I can recommend this place to live in. If you are a non-smoking individual, PLEASE, don't you dare think of living here. The Smoking Addendum you sign in order to protect your health from smokers is a joke. I have been living for two months exposed to second-hand smoke and I guess I am condemned to live in these conditions until my lease expires. I started to complain about this issue more than a month ago, and I can't get a real solution to this problem. Hurry up, time, I need to get away from here. Hurry Up! Educate yourself: "Please read the reviews before it is too late."

I do not recommend these apartments to anyone!

First off the staff there is SNOTTY and RUDE. If you need something fixed in your apartment they say they will send someone and it will not get fixed. This has happened to me SEVERAL times. They also try to charge you ridicules fees. If your planning on moving here all I can say is don't do it, you'll be better off somewhere else.
