Liberty Tax Service

This liberty tax is a franchise and the owner charges more than anyone in the valley and from my exsperence with them they charge alot more than other liberty tax locations and if there is a problem with the amount you are suppose to recieve they will tell you oh well and not be willing to help you find out why this has happened to you and there was a $400 dollars differance in what the irs said i had coming and they were very unprofessional about the whole ordeal so i have already spoke to sandy city about the whole situation and as long as you dont interfer with there business and go on there property than it legal to picit there company and iam gonna do just that and they will call the police and lie to try and stop you but your 2nd amendment says you have that right so if you have been treated unfairly than just standup for your self and liberty tax also gives you paper work when you do your taxes there that says if your not 100 percent satisfied you will be given a full refund for the process of filling your taxes so if you are gonna use liberty tax call there corporate office and ask where there is a corporate owned store so you will be treated with respect and done right which its your money that paying for the service !! i truely hope no one gets disrespected be this company so do your homework and find a good tax service that will appricate your business and treat you the right professional way they should thanks for reading this signed joseph kerns a very disatisfied customer !! and one thing is for sure i will never in my life ever use liberty tax again and thats a promise!!!!!!!! and another thing this owner also ownes the store in west jordan,utah so beware cause he sure didnt treat me right or respect me he just wants your money and dont have respect for no one !!

Another tax office did my taxes and totally screwed them up. I went to Liberty Taxes and they fixed my tax return. They taught me what was done wrong and they helped me with the IRS. great service! highly recommmend!

This office in West Jordan provided me and my wife with excellent customer service. They seemed like they knew what they were doing. They had a CPA in the office. We got our return really fast. Great place to do business with.

This branch does not know what they are doing and don't keep up with all of the latest tax laws, not to mention they will definitely overcharge you.
