As a licensed massage therapist, I would be so disappointed and ashamed if this were my business or if I worked here. Worst massage experience I've ever had! I bought a groupon for a 90 minute DEEP TISSUE massage. It took weeks to get them to call me back to book the appointment. I arrived early for my 11 am appointment, as instructed, to fill out an intake form. The door to the suite was locked, so I waited. Finally someone came out at ten after. The massage started 25 minutes late and that time was not made up at the end. The therapist asked what I wanted extra time on, I replied left ankle + right neck. She never worked on my neck and spent extra time on my right ankle. At no point did she use any deep tissue techniques. She broke contact so often, it was actually hard to relax. She stopped 3 times to change music and once to answer the door for a client who was trying to book an appointment after not being able to reach anyone by telephone. The decor made me feel like I was in a 12 year old girl's bedroom. Bright colors and a brightly lit room don't make for a good massage. Invest in a table warmer and face cradle covers. I would never go back and I will make sure none of my family and friends even consider this business.

Horrible. This place is DISGUSTING. There is a dog bed on the couch, there is garbage and crap everywhere. The receptionist had no idea what he was doing and he knew nothing about the business. They treat their employees terribly (their promotions person worked on massage tables and on the floor) and the worst part of it all is the "men" running this business. Dominic is the most unprofessional person i've ever met. He smokes and will literally have a cigarette before a client. I wouldn't trust them, or the cleanliness, at all. BEWARE - discounted massages are discounted for a reason.
