Dairy Queen

I visited the DQ in West Frankfort, IL & I can say I will NEVER go there again! They couldn't do an upcharge for wanting to change a meal's drink so they tried to charge me full price for the small shake & not give me the drink that was suppose to come with the meal. They gave me fries instead of the onion rings I ordered & because they didn't ring it up properly wanted to charge me the difference after I had already paid. Also my burger & bacon were burnt. Furthermore towards the end of the meal we saw a roach in the dining area!! I understand that all restaurants fight pests, but when it's bad enough they are in the dining area there is a huge problem & disgusting! The girl they have as manager who had already been rude over the drink & fires, was very rude when I tried politely to tell her " you have roaches." Her response " I don't, DQ does!" I will never visit this place again. I have never had a experience this bad at a restaurant before fast food or otherwise!
