The customer who comes into the store will have priority over any phone calls. We're sorry that the phone doesn't get answered as often as it rings, but if a customer takes the time to come in to the shop, they will get our undivided attention. FYI: when ordering parts for broken computers, there is no store to get these parts. So we have to search the country for someone who broke the same computer as you and buy it, receive it, and hope the parts you need are good, to be able to fix your broke computer.

This place is horrible! I can't ever get anyone to answer the phone, No matter how many times I call or wait to call again. I have no idea how this place stays in business. Considering how many times I've been told he's getting the parts that I need, I follow up with him. And they are mysteriously still waiting to show up. I personally recommend you to find another store to do your shopping at.

They do great service in a professional manner, plus they are timely and charge less than anyone else around.

Scott is great! He is always agreeable and extremely knowledgeable. The prices are definitely reasonable, and I have always received same day service, which is awesome, since I rely on my laptop so much. I wouldn't take my laptop anywhere else!
