It started out great they came out gave me a quote and had great communication. He said they were booked and I would have to wait until the 1st week of June and I agreed. I spoke with Simon 3 days before they were to start and he instructed me to buy the plants and have them at my home for when they started. I went out and purchased over $300 of plants and shrubs and they never showed up!! I can’t believe someone would do this. I begged my husband for this and he finally agreed that the patio and planting bed would be my mother’s Day gift & they no showed and didn’t even call to apologize or reschedule. I’m really upset by this because I’ve since reached out to Simon twice and no response. I thought I would wait before posting a review to give him a chance to get back to me but it’s apparent they arent. Not cool not cool at all I’m very disappointed 😔
