University Moving and Storage

I used University Movers for a recent move. The communication with the movers was good, they stayed in contact with me throughout the entire move. The driver and his crew were awesome, we didn't have any damage.

I recently relocated for my job using University Moving, I would recommend them to family and friends. The easiness of dealing with the company, it was very stress free and the communication was outstanding. Things were done as promised. The overall friendliness was good.

University Moving did a great job. They were dependable, nice, took care of our stuff and they were patient. We had the same driver; however, different crew at origin and destination but the move went very well.

I was so pleased with the service I received from University Moving & Storage. Chris and Blake were very professional in completing the survey of my belongings. Beverly was so pleasant to speak with and she called during the move to make sure everything was going well. Joe and his crew were exceptional moving my stuff. Thanks to all.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with University Moving and Storage. Both Beverly Davenport and Chris Egan were the most amazing professionals - they did an excellent job of communicating with a couple different people involved with our move and they were always checking in and making sure every detail was covered. This move was for my mother and she had never used a professional mover but was completely blown away by the level of support and service provided by the UMS team. Truly, every imaginable detail was taken into account and handled beautifully. Again, I cannot offer one note for improvement - the entire experience was amazing and I am incredibly grateful for Beverly and Chris' attention and support.

In giving this rating I think it was probably 2 things, the driver and the coordinator. They did a great job at communicating and keeping me informed. They did a great job at working together. Over all, it was very good. The guy that did the estimate was very personable and very professional. He did a good job as far as I know. He did better than his competition.

North American was quick and efficient, the crew worked hard and did well.
