Bought a set of top of the line tires from him for Jeep and had him align front end. Within 15K miles front tire was severely worn on outer edge. Broght back and he started to blame towing of car behind RV. Had done so four 4 years without issue. Although he offered to "look at the problem" his statements indicated he was going to find other issues not related to his work. Decided it was safer to take car to anot her garage to have tires replaced and front end aligned. That garage plus the dealership that did the actual alignment both reported no defects in front end parts and that reason for the excessive wear on the tires was misalignment. Do not use Deans for tires or alignment. I was out over $800 plus another $500 to fix his error. Consider myself fortunate, had I gone back it would o doubt have been lots more.

Worst place I've ever been to. Not because they failed our car for inspection but because they had no answers for our questions. Way unprofessional
