Be careful about paying more than one month at a time. We paid for an entire year and then unexpectedly sold our house. We were told that we would get a refund for the pre paid months. This has been going on since February and now it’s the end of May. After several phone calls and many stories about our refund being in the mail, we still do not have our money back. Sad since we were customers for over 13 years. Formerly the company was Liberty Security Systems.
