Ultimate Art Form

I got a water color flower by Bo and I couldn't be happier! He did such a wonderful job and was great to talk to while he worked his magic! My tatto is fairly large and he got it done pretty quick and as painless as possible. Needless to say Bo will be my artist for my tattoos in the future! I can't thank him enough for my beautiful tattoo!

I'm not sure about all the negative comments from several years ago, but my experience with this shop has been exceptional. Everybody is friendly, and the tattoos are top notch. Brought my son in for his first tattoo, it looks fantastic. I could not be happier with the staff, the cleanliness, and the price. I'm going back for more work, and my son wants to get more done also. Highly recommended.

Bo was able to save a piercing that walking in I thought I would have to start from scratch on! Very professional, knowledgeable and I got the impression that he is a great guy which you cannot find easily at at just any shop! I found a new place to go for my piercings! Thanks Bo!

If you're looking to get a top of the line tattoo done by some great, down to earth people that are amazing at what they do, this is the place to go. My whole family has had tattoos here and have had a wonderful experience every time. Each artist makes you feel welcome and respected. You will get an amazing tattoo and enjoy your time while getting it. I have been getting my tattoos done here for five years and will never go anywhere else again. I got one tattoo done at a different location with a friend and it was a terrible decision. My brother went to get the same tattoo, but went to Bo and it looks 3x better. So basically, these are really good people who will do a one of a kind job. I live three hours away and still drive down just for the tattoos. I ensure you that will feel the same way once you come in and talk to them and see their work!

Bo, Billy, and Jim are all super friendly and experienced tattoo artists. They've done all of my tattoos and do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend UAF to anyone looking for a unique tattoo that they'll love.

I have been to several other shops, this being one of them. The people there were all very pleasant and answered all of my questions. They made me feel welcome and talked to me about my tattoo ideas. In the end several of my friends and I have been back more than once to get ink. I have tried to wash my tattoos with other soaps and have found that they don't help prevent scabs from forming on my tattoo. I talked to my Dr about using dawn, he said that 85% of what your body exudes during healing is fatty. He thinks that dawn would be a perfect cleaning substance to avoid painful scabs from forming on your tattoo. I was pleased to see that everyone there washes down the entire station after each procedure. Being in the medical field I can say that most Dr's offices do not clean as thorough. Everyone looks clean and helps to keep the shop clean. Oh and you have to go check out their new floors, AMAZING!! Thanks Ultimate Art Form I love you!!

I walked in the shop interested in a tattoo, the whole hallway and stairwell were junky and reeked of pot. When I actually got into the place, while the staff wasn't rude or anything, they didn't make me feel very welcome. Their portfolios aren't bad, but considering they are bragging to be the oldest shop this side of the river, well, their art sure doesn't show that they've been doing this for years. A few different friends of mine have gotten piercings here and they have all gotten infected the very next day even though they followed the care sheets that Ultimate gave them. Overall, I'm rather happy I made the choice to not get tattooed at Ultimate. Sorry to anyone looking into this place for work.

This was the first place I ever went for a tattoo. You'd think that if you have so much 'history' in a town that you would be a great place to go. I am sad to announce that was not the case. I went a got an ambigram and I got so much crap from the 'artists' for picking a lame tattoo. I was naive so I let it go. Now looking back at it, I wish I had walked out. plus the tattoo look like crap and has the most terrible blow outs. And I have it forever.

Not to mention telling people to use dawn dish soap on a tattoo is the worst idea ever. Dawn cuts grease and helps for the ducks in oil spills. What part of that sounds good to put it on a tattoo?
