Pannellee's Styling Salon

I received the worst perm I have ever had at Pannellees on Friday, July 5, 2018. When I called the beautician and told her I had a problem with it she lost her cool immediately and asked if I wanted my money back. I responded I guess so and told her I would be there on Wednesday, she said not Wednesday but Thursday and I told her okay.. A couple of hours later she called me and told me she wouldn't refund my money but would give me $25.00 refund and I said what ever. When I showed up on Thursday now she said she had to give me a hair do so she could see the perm and after she washed my hair she told me there was nothing wrong with the perm, however the back has no curl just a little wave. She then proceeded to lay the blame on me as I was the one who wanted the perm, I asked for the pink rods and besides I had old end and they won't curl. I had just had a hair cut 5 days prior. Now she tells me she definitely wont re-perm my hair and that was never asked for or discussed, however then she says she will re-perm the back, which according to her won't curl anyway because of the bad ends so I am wondering why bother with that. I got out of her chair and came home with wet head and lousey perm and $00000 dollars refund. In my experience if you decide to go there find out how they back up their work.
