do not hire , they planned on installing a furnace w/out a chimney liner. i knew a liner was code . and asked why a liner was not part of the install as code requires?
the owner dave said liner not in the quote because i asked for a discount.
a liner is the law . so dons chaged me an extra 100.00 to have the job done to code, ..
I have been having Dons service my boiler system every fall for several years. They are fast,friendly,professional and always do a great job. All of my friends and family also rely on Dons for all of their heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend them to anybody!
I had Dons install a new carrier furnace and central air system at my house. At the time of the estimate everything was thoroughly explained to my wife and I. After accepting the estimate everything was done exactly the way it was explained. Both Dave and Craig were very professional and very hard workers. After the new carrier system was installed we noticed a big drop in our utility bills! Overall the company is great and I have and will continue to recommend Dons to everybody!
