Customer service at its' best! We received a call from the home office letting me know that Technician was a little bit behind schedule and arrived within the adjusted time frame. I am a new user to the fireplace and he took the time to explain how the unit worked and what to expect with a steel pipe chimney vs a brick and mortar. The inspection had no problems to report of. I feel better now in firing up the fireplace after I was recommended Soot Solutions and will use their services going forward. Very friendly and customer friendly from both the Home office and Technician.
