Brian â€œAdamâ€ Hajovsky was born and raised in Fort Worth with his three brothers. He obtained his Medical Degree at Texas Tech before going to the University of Florida for Ophthalmology residency. He completed his Retina Fellowship at Retina and Vitreous of Texas in Houston. After education and training, he was happy to move back home and joined Ophthalmology Associates in 2005.

Eye Exam
A phoropter and retinoscope are often used to determine the lenses that allow the clearest vision during a comprehensive eye exam. As part of the testing, letters on a distance chart are identified. This test measures visual acuity, which is written as a fraction such as 20/40.

She attended Biola University where she played volleyball on scholarship and earned her B.S. in biology and minor in Biblical Studies. After college, she attended the University of Arizona and obtained a Masterâ€™s of Science in Cellular and Systemic Physiology. Upon graduation, she continued to pursue a medical degree at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque graduating Alpha Omega Alpha, with the Internal Medicine Outstanding Student of the Year and the Faculty Excellence Awards.

Dr. Warren was raised in Galveston, Texas, and excelled in the public school system until midway through high school when he transferred to Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire.
