        From Texas. Broke down in Maggie Valley. Advanced Transmissions repaired my H2 Hummer transmission. This business is first class, you can rely on Dave, Arnie and the rest of the crew to tell you the truth and stand behind their work.

        took my car in for transmission repair,got the car back and the mechanics broke my driver side door pannel. I called the owner Arnie to explain what happened and he just yelled at me and said it was my fault. Idiots. Ive filled several complaints and contacted the BBB about this shop.....seems im not the first one to do so. Avoid this place and find a reputable machanic.

        The staff were very nice, but they overbook so that an appointment does not really mean anything. 2days late my car still wasn't done.

        They were great in customer service and are the best transmission specialists in NC; they are also incredably freandly and wont cheat you out of your money like others will. Finally, they are quite reasonable when it comes down to the bill. So i highly recomend them.
