Sand Creek Post & Beam

The last reviewer was the daughter of one of our customers who purchased a barn home from Sand Creek Post & Beam. Her only involvement was to "help" her parents with their project. From our CAD department to our project manager, to our construction services manager, to the construction crew it was pretty much unanimous: this was the most difficult customer they've ever had to deal with in almost 800 customers. As you can see without my going into any specifics, Ms Beckler was a real peach. She found several web sites in which to complain and vent. I hope she feels better. I wish there were web sites where business owners could complain about extremely difficult customers. I invite anyone who reads this to read some of the testimonials on our web site. Our company has been very blessed, we have the best customers in the world. With one very obvious exception.

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone nor would I wish our experience on anyone. We, the customer, were blamed for all of their mismanagement issues. Everything from running out of materials to taking almost 3 months longer than promised. There was no management of the project and the site was a mess. We, the homeowner spent hours cleaning it. The day they drove off the site was a huge monkey off our back. We are still debating over the final draw amount. I have a feeling this will take a while. Our 3 month building will be almost 9 months by the time this is resolved.
