On Friday, July 8, 2016, as the waste pickup vehicle approached my home, my children were on the way to the curb with the waste can. They were in plain view of the driver. One of my children waved and waved at the driver. He actually made eye contact. Even at that, he continued past my home. On Friday, 7/15/16, the waste can was by the curb, and as to not overfill it, nor even close, my children decided to leave two full secure bags next to the can. The can was emptied, but the bags were left. He did not even take the half second to blow the horn to let someone know he was there. My children could have placed the bags in the waste container since the companies drivers are too lazy to do it. Even though my children were mere yards from it with the can, he just drove by like no one was there. Ok, so I get it, they are lazy and don't do it because they "technically" don't have to.
