Professional service and great personnel. Very prompt had roof done in one day. Communication was spot on. Went out of the way to accommodate.

TERRIBLE customer service. The roof is sagging in 2 places after the full replacement. We decided we could live with that. There are no leaks, afterall. BUT, our insurance company required a copy of the invoice for the purposes of lowering our deductable. I have been emailing, texting and calling for over 3 months. I have been told on numerous occassions that they would "jump right on it". It is a simple thing, that they promised they could do, and now won't even acknowledge us. Their refusal to honor their word will end up costing us over $5000 if we ever have another claim on our roof. Considering the low quality work done in the first place, this is highly probable. Steer clear of this unprofessional group.



UPDATE: Our insurance company recommended that we go to our city and get a copy of the permit filed by Stallion, as they would accept this as proof of our replacement. STALLION ROOFING NEVER EVEN FILED THE PERMIT. Buyers beware!
