Horizon Bank

Opened up accounts with them. They issued us cards for the accounts which is what we wanted. They then took and linked one of our cards to someone else's account. Tried to tell them numerous times that we felt there was something not right with the account but was told that everything was correct and we just had to get use to their system as they were not totally up to date with their system yet but it was coming soon. Thinking and going off what they were saying they came back at us 3 months later and sent cops to our house stating we were stealing money from someone else's account. The account they were saying that we did that with was a social security account we had Horizon Bank set up to receive deposits from social security which included back pay deposits. Upon doing research we found that they had done this type of thing of linking cards up to the wrong accounts to other people. They are trying to c

Prosecute us for their mistake which I don't see how they can do that but hopefully with this review that others can watch their accounts so this won't happen to them and fall victim to what-ever they are doing
