The manager was rude and not very knowledgeable when it came to the product. Obviously her lack of knowledge trickled down thru the ranks causing poor customer service throughout the store. Also, they no longer exist in Watertown, South Dakota because the higher ranking officials in their corporate office do not know how to handle their funds. Do not bother coming to the Watertown Mall for there is nothing for shopping there now, unless you are shopping for Dept. store items or eating at a resturant.
