Livingston Moving & Storage

Livingston Moving and Storage recommended two of their "lumpers" who were supposed to load up furniture from our town home to a POD right outside of the home. We had called and setup a time for them to checkout the place. We paid a 260.00 deposit with the expectation that the "lumpers" would show up to do the job at a determined date. The day of our move arrived, and they were about 2 hours late and did not call. We finally set up a time for the the "lumpers" to do the work the next day, and they still did not show. We ended up having to coordinate with another moving company to complete the move. The "lumpers" were completely unprofessional and inconsistent. Beware of a Troy or Matt with the numbers of 1-315-955-0240. We gave them the chance to return our deposit, but they failed to do so several times within a month.
Livingston Moving and Storage recommended them, and when we called them, they did nothing to fix our situation.

I arranged and scheduled with Livingston moving service to get my things given back to me in storage while I was deployed overseas and the lack of professionalism is out there. The movers never arrived and said they came to my location and banged on my door and called my phone a numerous amount of times but never did any of what was mentioned and the manager is just as bad. If you ever want a moving company, I strongly recommend you don't go to Livingstons

This was the worst moving company I have ever seen. They break your stuff and go steal your belongings. They put stickers on loose items and didn't write it on the invoice then loose the items. Nothing was wrapped in paper. Swords packed in with clothing with the points up. It was horrible. If your military and are moving don't let this company pack your stuff. If the army sends them out then refuse them. They are horrible. I can't say enough negative things about them. I would give negative stars if I could.

If you want service with a smile and a manager who defends their thieving employees then go with this company. I moved into the housing on Fort Drum and they went into my bathroom where my wife left her engagement ring behind the mirror (so it was out of sight) and took it. I called the military police but they haven't been able to find anything. Also they lied about how many people were there when the FBI started asking questions. Nothing has been done and they think they can get away with it please use caution, it would be best not to even hire them and if Fort Drum hires them to move you're things please ask for a different company, they will understand since I have filed a report with them as well about Livingston Moving & Storage.

Scrapes are all over my belongings from them dragging my things on the street outside, also there seems to be a trend going on with them stealing rings and other belongings.

Kenny and Mike came out to move us over two days time. The second day a couple more guys came to help with our piano. These guys are awesome! Great with our kids, great attitudes, and willing to go the extra mile ti wirj with us.
