Awful and RUDE! They gave me the wrong food. When I called to tell them that I got the wrong food, the lady started arguing with me. She just kept saying "you order and we make what you order", like that would change the fact that they gave me the wrong food. I assure you that whatever it was they gave me was not what I had ordered. She was extremely rude and got even more so when I told her I either wanted my money back or the correct order delivered. Then she started with the "you order and we make what you order" again. I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to and she said "let me call my driver". I asked again if there was anyone else to speak to and she said no. I again told her I either wanted new food or my money back and she finally said not to eat the food and her driver would come bring the money back... and then she hung up on me. Horrible food and horrible customer service! Next time I will be taking my business to United China.
Be careful ordering from them, make sure you check your order a few times. And make sure to request forks, spoons or knives, because they do not send any. They gave us the wrong order, they tell us to keep the wonton, and they will bring the chicken wings but it's almost a $3.00 difference! Delivery guy gets here and tried to charge us for the side we didn't order. The woman on the phone who told me to keep the wonton told him to charge us. The chicken wings were a meal for someone who had to sit around while we ate. Not fair! So we put the wonton back in the bag and gave them back. This is literally the 3rd time in 1 year that they have messed up my order and lied on the phone! I stopped ordering from them before but I decided to give thm another chance... BIG mistake!
First my order took an hour to arrive, from just down the street. the chicken wings weren't good, the hot and sour soup had spilled all in the bag and thick 4" pieces of tofu and something else that I still can't describe, not to mention I didn't get my crispy noodles. The pork fried rice would have been perfect except for the fact of the hard peas! I won't order from there again but everyone has there own opinion.
