AABLE does a good job in our experience if you can ever get them into the home. The techs are not the problem. Deb is the problem. She thinks she is the queen of her particular roost and you have to do things her way. Well, I guess they don't need our business.

Every other business out there lets you schedule your own appointments. Not AABLE! They schedule for you and get upset if you're not there when they want to be there. Tough luck for you if you have a job. They call you and leave a message and say you have an appointment within 24 hours and if you can't be there you have to call them back and ask them to reschedule. Can you schedule an appointment when you call? Heck no! They will call you some other time "when the tech is in the area" and you have to go through this all over again. I want to ask Deb what time *she* gets off work and can I go be in *her* home before then.
