In-Home Window Cleaning

Very disappointed. They didn't come on the day they said they would. They had my name and address wrong --- had to call me to clarify when they couldn't find the house. They said they cleaned my gutters, left a bill in my mail box, but I couldn't find ANY evidence of clean gutters. I sent pictures via email offering an opportunity to return and complete the job. The response I received was insulting. I was chastised for failing to contact them before they mailed out their request for payment 6 days after the alledged service. They offered to come back and redo the cleaning "if necessary".....yeah, he actually said that after having received 4 pictures of the gutters with 1/4 inch of gunk still inside. He closed his response by stating that his expectation is to be paid immediatly when they make their return visit, suggesting I was trying to stiff them. I told them don't bother....I'll find someone else. I wish I had checked the Yahoo reviews before contacting them.

There were issues with certain windows, so I called them to have them redone. They did not show up for the first appt, so I called again and they never showed up for the second appt. Also they overcharged me, when I called and discussed the overcharge with them, they said that they do not give refunds....to which I replied - I'm not asking for a refund, I want the money back that you should not have charged!!! No clean windows, over charge never addressed, no call back - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never use this company again.

I called they answered on third ring. Showed up on time, windows look great. They honored their $79.00 cupon. I am a customer for life. Tom in Novi
