Albertsons

I traditionally go to this Albertsons because of the bakery dept.. For this bakery department has an amazing staff when it comes to decorators i.e. cakes, pastries, and so forth..



However when it comes to the manager over the department every interaction I have had has been pretty much unpleasant.



For if you confront here with a problem she becomes defensive and rude, and is helpless on fixing any errors from the decorators.



Personally I think the manager need to go to training on customer service and need to learn her craft if she is in the bakery dept. but that is my opinion.



An if this manager has not been rude on numerous occasions I would either gave a 5 star review or nothing all..
