        Overall

        They called me the night before my reservation and said only 1 wave runner would be available when I had reserved 2. Unacceptable! Wouldn't have been so upsetting if they had given me my deposit back of $150, but somehow in their logic because they had approved a transfer of the reservation from a prior day to this one I was not entitled to a refund. What?! Luckily my credit card company backup me up, but wow!
