        Overall

        Very disappointed this year. I used them last year and they did a good job. This year was horrible. I dropped my taxes off on 2/25, only to be ignored. I would call and leave messages but I was not getting a return call. Finally then called with a few questions, which I answered and then again no phone for over a week. I finally got them finished on 3/17. They charged me over $600.00 for subpar work.
